Privacy policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026

Claudia is an assistant that runs a café's or restaurant's website, Instagram account and Facebook Page on the owner's behalf. The owner writes to it in Telegram, Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp; it prepares each change, shows it, and applies it only after the owner approves. This page says what data we keep, why, where, for how long, and how to delete it.

Who we are

Claudia is the service that stores and processes the data described here (the data controller for it).

What data we store

  • Venue content: name, address, phone, opening hours, menu, texts and the photos you send for the website or for posts.
  • The chat ids of the venue's owners and staff in each app (Telegram, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp), their language and when they last wrote, so the assistant knows who may change the venue.
  • The recent conversation with the assistant (text, transcribed voice notes, photos), so it can follow what you asked.
  • Access tokens for Instagram, the Facebook Page and WordPress, encrypted, together with the account or Page name and id and your app-scoped Meta user id.
  • The ids and links of the posts and stories we published for you, and the insights of those posts (such as reach and likes).
  • The change history: every proposed change, who approved it and when, so any change can be undone.
  • Hashed IP addresses, kept briefly to limit how many sites can be created from one address.

Why

Only to run the service you asked for: to apply the changes you approved to your website, to publish on Instagram and Facebook on your behalf what you approved, and to show you how those posts perform. We do not use the data for advertising and we never sell it.

Instagram and Facebook

We use Instagram and Facebook data only to publish what the owner approved and to read the insights of those posts. We do not read your followers, other people's content or private messages, except the messages owners and staff send to the assistant itself. We never sell data and never share it with advertisers.

Where the data is

The database and the photos are stored with Supabase in its Frankfurt (EU) region. The application and the venue websites run on Vercel. Access tokens are encrypted before they are stored and are never shown in the dashboard or in links.

Services that process data for us

  • Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp): publishing posts and stories, reading their insights, and the messages to and from the assistant in those apps.
  • Telegram: the messages to and from the assistant in Telegram.
  • Anthropic (Claude): processes the text and photos of your messages to understand the request and prepare the change.
  • A speech-to-text provider (Groq by default): turns voice notes into text.
  • Vercel: hosting of the application and the venue websites.
  • Supabase: the database and photo storage (Frankfurt, EU).

How long we keep it

As long as the venue uses Claudia. When you disconnect Instagram, Facebook or WordPress, the access token is deleted at once. When a venue is deleted, its content, members, conversations, change history and photos are deleted with it. Posts already published stay on Instagram and Facebook until you delete them there. For a deletion request we keep its confirmation code, the app-scoped user id and the dates, so its status can be checked.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and disconnect Instagram, Facebook or WordPress at any time. You can also complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection (КЗЛД) in Bulgaria.

How to delete your data

The ways to remove a connection or the whole venue, and to check a deletion request, are on the data deletion page.
